What is the power of your voice?

It is so much more than what you say.

Your voice is multi-dimensional— it’s how you how you talk to yourself in hard moments; it’s how you connect to and inspire others; it’s how you lead; and it’s how you show up in your community and the world. Your voice is the most powerful tool you have. It’s the vehicle by which you connect your purpose to your values, and amplify that out into the world.

Whether you are making your name as a leader, founder, or philanthropist; delivering a talk to inspire a generation, navigating major transition, or re-grounding in your purpose, connecting to your authentic voice is a catalyst for the impact you seek. In social impact work, we often think, “it’s not about me.” While this is true in many ways, in order to be effective and in solidarity as changemakers and leaders, we must have clarity and transparency around our presence and our voice.

Cultivating your voice requires a deep relationship with self through mindful awareness and trust. It calls for courage and a commitment to showing up skillfully in alignment, time and again. The work entails remembering who you are *fully* so you can remained grounded in that. When you amplify your voice from that place, it has real power— power to inspire, mobilize, and transform.
